Your job is to give support to those that DESERVE your support rather than to give your support to those that NEED it! Of course your job as an effective leader is to teach your new people how to deserve your time… but if your prospects, once educated on how to deserve your time, don’t step up… then work with those that do! It’s not our responsibility to try and save people. All we can do is give people an opportunity save themselves. They’ve got to have the desire and motivation to do the work.
Stay in phase 1 (continuing to sponsor and leading by example). The biggest mistake people make is they build somewhat of team and begin to go into management mode which is a NO-NO.

Great Video Lisa! Pareto’s Principle, also known as the 80/20 rule, can be applied to this. When applied to network marketing it states that 80% of the people in your business will not do anything to become successful, while 20% will. As the sponsor it’s best to focus on those 20% that will do what it takes to become successful. If they’re successful then as a result you will be successful.
