  • Great advice Lisa.

You are not responsible for your recruit’s success but you are responsible to show them the way.

  • Great info Lisa, and Oh So True. Those Lov’em and Leave’ems. They love ya till they’ve made a buck, then on to the next glittery object. My suggestion? Just as you are doing your due diligence on the Op, you should do a little sniffing around on the Individual as well. Not hard to do. Bad news travels fast in this industry.

  • Hey Lisa,

    You gave some valuable tips.
    I get them plugged-in, exactly!!
That is exactly what I do, GET THEM
STARTED! Right away, I push my peeps
to make sure they are learning about the
business, starting a blog, getting their
    business going.

    Have a great one!

  • I love it and completely agree! No you don’t have to hold your downline’s hand all of the time but you need to point them in the right direction!

Put yourself in their shoes. Remember how confusing it was when you first started? Help them with the basics and they will help you!

  • Hey Lisa,

This list you created is vital for business owners that want to know who to keep their business growing and having the spirit high within the business. When you coach people properly they will stick with you because you care about their success.

    Chat with you later…

  • Hi Lisa,
you’re offering great advice Lisa. It’s all about retention.I think that most people talk about their “upline” not being aware of the fact that they’re also part of the upline – for their downline. So a large portion of responisbility on either side is crucial.
    Take care

  • I have not seen a breakdown about build and sustaining a downline like that in a while. That was really informative Lisa.
